Our Story

LandShark Roofing started with a simple belief: homeowners deserve better than high-pressure sales tactics and corner-cutting contractors.


Kaleb White founded LandShark after seeing too many homeowners get taken advantage of during the insurance claims process. He saw contractors using contingency contracts to trap customers, adjusters denying legitimate claims, and homeowners left with subpar repairs.


So he built a different kind of roofing company — one where the owner shows up for every adjuster meeting, where there are no contingency contracts, and where quality work is guaranteed.
